Best Trekking Seasons

Autumn (Sep-Nov): Best season with clear skies, stable weather, and perfect temperatures. Peak tourist season.

Spring (Mar-May): Second best season with rhododendrons in bloom. Can be hazy towards May.

Winter (Dec-Feb): Cold at high altitudes but clear views. Good for lower elevation treks.

Monsoon (Jun-Aug): Heavy rainfall makes most treks difficult. Some rain-shadow areas like Upper Mustang possible.
