Tilicho Lake Map
Tilicho Lake, at about 4,919 m below the north face of Tilicho Peak, is one of the highest lakes of its size in the world, reached as a side trip from the Annapurna Circuit.

About Tilicho Lake
The trail leaves the Annapurna Circuit at Manang and heads west via Khangsar to Tilicho Base Camp. The final climb crosses steep scree slopes exposed to rockfall, then reaches the lake, which is frozen for much of the year.
Allow two to three extra days from Manang and acclimatise before going up.
